At O&L Label, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.
- Wrong item received: If you received the wrong product, size, or color, please notify us within 7 days.
- Item not received: If your tracking shows no delivery after 60 days, we’ll investigate and offer a refund or resend.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing due to customer error, or delayed delivery within the expected timeframe.
What We Need From You
To process a return or exchange, please provide:
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Order Confirmation
Return Shipping
- If the issue is due to O and L Label error (e.g. wrong item, damage), return shipping may be covered.
- If the issue is not due to O and L Label error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Processing Time
Once your claim is submitted, most cases are processed within 5–10 business days, but complex disputes may take longer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or washed clothing
- Intimates or swimwear
- Items without original packaging
